This Pitchfork Cabernet Merlot is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 87% and Merlot 13%. Vibrant youthful red hues of good depth. Ripe berry fruits with chocolate mint characters typical of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. Good concentration of ripe sweet berry fruits with impressive mid palate fleshiness. Soft round palate profile with ripe tannin at finish.

The wine is robust, fresh, well structured given its high ratio of Cabernet Sauvignon juice. With the addition of Merlot mellowing the wine, giving it that all too delightful appeal on the palate. Suggested Pairings - excellent with tomato based dishes, pizza ,cheese, rack of lamb, beef and osso Bucco with braised leeks.
