This beer is part of a dual release alongside Simcoe By Sunset WCIPA.

For Amarillo by Sunrise and Simcoe by Sunset, we used the same base recipe and then chose to highlight a different dry hop for each.

This WCIPA showcases Amarillo hops in all their glory (and co-founder Harriet's penchant for country music.) Exerting traditional floral aromas and subtle notes of grapefruit, melon and peach, this beer is brought to life by a warming bitterness followed by a refreshing hit of orange citrus giving the beer an enjoyably palatable finish.
