Very loose-fitting, blouson top has mock neckband, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, partially elasticized waist, peplum, back button closing, and 3/4 sleeves with cuffs or long sleeves with button cuffs. Narrow hem. Straight skirt, below mid-knee or below mid-calf, has waistband and back-button closing. Purchased belt.
