A perfect fall dress! Vintage 1970's-80's flowy chiffon cream white midi dress. Huge semi-sheer, draping blouson sleeves with peek-a-boo lace panels. Wide cuffs with a three-button closure. High neck collar with an attached scarf that can be creatively tied. Matching attached belt that buttons in the back. Gathered shoulders and shoulder pads that create a gorgeous draping bodice. Fully lined with another layer of chiffon except for the sleeves. Label is Richard Warren. Polyester chiffon with no stretch. Back zipper closure.
