These classy "Kookum scarf" tassel earrings are real head turners :) They manage to be both boho chic and tribal as well as modern all at the same time.

I have taken my inspiration from the traditional "Kookum Scarf" - flowered headscarves that most of our Kookums (grandmothers) wore back in the day. They were very beautiful with solid red, blue, purple and black backgrounds with large multicoloured flowers on them. My favourites were always the blue and black backgrounds, and as soon as I saw these beads it brought memories back to me of my Aunties growing up in the Yukon.

I have added fun gold chain tassels that swing and sway with every movement. They reach 2.5 inches from the bottom of the earwire! The earwires are hypoallergenic gold plated stainless steel.

Wear these earrings everyday, to pow wows, or just out snagging (if you are Aboriginal you will know what that means LOL)
