Do I need new exhaust bolts, or can I reuse the factory studs?

Factory studs work fine, but new header gaskets are critical — reuse the old ones and you'll leak. Grab a gasket set rated for shorty headers while you're at it.

Will this bolt straight to my factory manifold gasket surface?

Yes. Shorty headers use the same mounting boss pattern as OEM manifolds, so test-fit first but installation is direct without drilling or welding.

Does this header need ceramic coating or any finish prep before install?

Stainless won't rust, so coating is optional — purely aesthetic. If you want the polished look to stay, ceramic or high-temp paint keeps heat discoloration down over time.
