Harvest Healthcare | Balmoral II Active Mattress for Pressure Ulcer Prevention & Treatment 

The Balmoral II Active Mattress from Harvest Healthcare is a premium, pressure-reducing mattress designed to prevent and manage pressure ulcers, particularly for patients at very high risk. 

Ideal for those with up to stage 4 pressure ulcers, this mattress features 27 individual cells, including 23 alternating air cells and 4 static pillow cells, supported by a 50mm thick foam base.

The cells are made of high-quality PU material, ensuring durability, ease of cleaning, and simple repairs due to their interchangeable design.

The Balmoral II is designed to be fully compatible with UK-manufactured profiling beds, ensuring bedrail compliance.

The mattress also includes a transport cap, which maintains air pressure for up to 24 hours, making patient transportation easier.

In case of an emergency, the mattress can be quickly deflated by simply pulling the CPR and disconnecting the pump.

To protect the user during a power outage, the Balmoral II mattress includes foam beneath the alternating cells to continue offering support.

Its 4-way stretch welded PU cover is vapour-permeable, water-resistant, and has a Crib 5 fire rating, ensuring both comfort and safety.

This mattress is compatible with Harvest Healthcare's pumps 2, 250, and 3. It can be purchased either as a standalone mattress or as a system with a compatible pump.
