This beautiful 1950's mauve coloured satin handbag, decorated with an ornate frame is the perfect piece to complete your evening attire 

The rounded gold toned metal frame, is embellished with two arrow designs, which feature mauve coloured inlaid rhinestones, framing the central lift lock clasp. The elegant mauve satin handle joins the frame of the bag with two gold toned metal hoop links. The rounded and curved design of the bag, gathers in pleats beneath the central part of the frame, setting off the wide curved base. The bag opens to a golden yellow rayon satin lining, with a large central compartment and two small side pockets. The bag has its original coin purse and comb.

Condition: In wonderful vintage condition, with very gentle signs of wear to the metal frame. Light and natural wear to the satin handle, there is an area of wear and a light coloured mark along one of the sides. Gentle thread lifting along the handle. Light and natural wear to the external satin, With a few very gentle surface scratches to the satin. A few very small marks to the satin along the base of the piping. Gentle signs of wear to the base, these are mainly subtle scratches to the satin. Very gentle signs of wear to the rayon satin.
