This stunning and timeless 1960's black wool blouse, embellished with black sequins and black glass beadwork, is just the piece to add to your seasonal wardrobe .

The rounded neckline is framed by a border of black beadwork from which beaded tassels dangle. The simple shoulder line sets off the medium width shoulder straps and sleeveless cut. The elegant straight cut of the blouse showcases the black sequin embellished base, upon which delicate black beaded swirling designs and tassel details can be found. Finished with single beaded strands along the hemline, and lined in cotton, this iconic blouse showcases the craftsmanship of the era.

Closures: This blouse fastens along the centre back with a 14 inch metal zip and a hook and loop 

Condition: This blouse is in near perfect vintage condition. Gentle wear to the sequins along the armpits, these have lost their lustre and sparkle and appear slightly grey. Light sequin loss throughout. A few of the beaded strands along the hemline have been lost in time. These minor details are not overly apparent when the blouse is being worn and only noticeable upon closer inspection. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report.
