Vintage 1990's Citron, Santa Monica long tunic blouse. Naturally wrinkled satin fabric with a shine. Metal embellishment at the Mandarin collar. Hidden snap buttons. 52% silk, 40% cotton and 8% metallic. No stretch to fabric. It looks very cool on with some wide leg pants or leggings. Or worn open as a mid-length duster.
