This classic design closely resembles that of the Chanel Single Flap, and was sported so frequently by Princess Diana, that Karl Largefeld felt it only fitting to honour her in the name. 

This vintage Chanel Diana Single Flap bag is crafted with black diamond quilted lambskin leather with 24k gold-plated hardware and a single leather-trimmed chain-link shoulder strap. There is a zip and a slip pocket inside this bag plus the interior is lined with maroon leather.

The serial number on the sticker tells us the bag was made between 1994 and 1995. This bag is in good vintage condition with some minor signs of use. The hallmark on the CC turn lock confirms the gold hardware is plated in 24K gold, a real collectors item. Before 2008, Chanel Classic Flaps with gold coloured hardware (chains, clasps, grommets, and CC turn locks) were all plated in real 24K gold.
