This wonderful 1930's French straw sun hat, accented by an external navy blue velvet ribbon along the base of the crown, that joins along the back of the hat in a cross over fluttered ribbon finish, is the perfect piece for your summer wardrobe. The  front of the hat boasts a wide brim, that slims down as it contours the hat. The internal brim of the hat is finished with a gathers and ruched navy blue ribbon.  
We recommend the use of a hat pin to aid in securing the hat in place.
