Gorgeous 1980s special occasion dress by Richilene. The dress is comprised of a yellow lining which is covered with a sheer organza fabric with cutouts. The organza is like a floral lace. The flowers and leaves have embroidered details. Lovely light blue and yellow colors. There is a gathered peplum at the waist and a straight skirt beneath that. It comes with the original wide yellow satin ribbon belt which closes in the back. The sleeves have interfacing at the top which keeps them very puffy. They are lined with a sheer yellow organza. Dress is in very good condition.
