This is a lovely 1960's Iolani Hawaiian dress. It is a shift style, very typical of the 60's! Three patch pockets on the front, each one with a different flower design.
Button closure on the front, buttons are under the flap.
I do not see a fabric tag, but it feels like a poly or poly/cotton blend. There are slits at either side on the bottom, and darts at the bust.
This dress is in EXCELLENT vintage condition - I don't think it was ever worn, to be honest. I could not find any stains, tears, fading, or flaws. It's ready to be worn out in the sun!
There is no stretch to this garment, so please not the measurements carefully. I think it would be cute worn a bit loose, like a smock, but you could also belt it and make it a little more fitted, if that is your style.
