What’s Included

• Site Verification
  Before dispatching a technician, we confirm that your location meets the required electrical, water, and space specifications for your coffee machine.
• Certified Technician Dispatch
  A qualified technician will be scheduled to visit your location during normal business hours to complete the installation.
• Machine Placement & Setup
  The technician will unpack the unit, place it in the designated location, and ensure it is properly positioned and level.
• Water Line Connection
  If your coffee machine supports direct plumbing, the technician will connect it to your existing water line and verify proper water flow.
  (Customer must provide a prepared water connection point.)
• System Calibration
  The machine will be configured and calibrated to ensure optimal brewing performance and consistent beverage quality.
• Operational Training
  Your staff will receive a brief walkthrough covering machine operation, basic maintenance, and daily cleaning procedures.
• Startup Testing
  The technician will test the machine to confirm all functions are operating correctly before completion.
• 7-Day Startup Support
  If you experience setup-related questions during the first week after installation, our team will help coordinate support.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful installation, please confirm the following before your appointment:

• Electrical outlet matches machine requirements

• Water line access is available (for plumbed models)

• Adequate counter space and clearance are prepared

• The machine is accessible for installation upon delivery

If the installation site is not prepared, additional trip or labor charges may apply.

Optional Installation

Installation is not required to purchase our coffee machines. Customers may use their own licensed technician if preferred. However, professional deployment is recommended to ensure proper setup and optimal performance.
