DETOXplus is provided in two parts. DETOXplus(am) is taken in the morning and DETOXplus(pm) in the evening. 

DETOXplus(am) 

The methylsulfonylmethane in DETOXplus(am) (1) increases the permeability of cell membranes, enabling cells to better discharge toxins and waste chemicals, (2) provides sulphur for the production of enzymes that convert toxins to benign products in the liver, and (3) is a precursor in the body's production of the key detoxifier glutathione. 

The selenium in DETOXplus(am) is important in the processing of heavy metals, and the zinc is important to the optimal functioning of the liver, the body's main organ for detoxification. The selenium and zinc are chelated for high absorption. 

This product is a premium refrigerated product. Like most foods that are good for you, this product is to be consumed fresh. 

DETOXplus(pm) 

Toxins are cleared from the gut by taking diatomaceous earth, or DETOXplus(pm). 

Diatomaceous earth works by absorbing and removing toxins, clearing mucus that blocks nutrient absorption from the gut, and clearing bacterial overgrowth and parasites.

Directions

DETOXplus(am) 

Recommended daily intakes: 

Adult: 30-60 ml (2-4 Tbsp) per day

Child (15 yr+): 30-45 ml per day

Child (4-14 yr): 15 ml per day 

Suggested Use: Take in the morning. Dilute with 100-200 ml water to taste. Excellent in apple juice. Store refrigerated. Crystals of methylsulfonylmethane may precipitate out. These crystals can be dissolved in water and taken. 

Precautions: 

1. The process of the body expelling toxins can be uncomfortable. Start on 15 ml (1 Tbsp) per day for 2 days before increasing the daily dose gradually. Stop use and drink water if a severe headache (a symptom of detoxification) occurs. Recommence use 24 hours after the headache passes at half the previous daily dose.
2. Methylsulfonylmethane improves the permeability of cell membranes and might therefore increase the potency of other dietary supplements and medicines. It is advisable to monitor changes in the effects of medications taken concurrently.

DETOXplus(pm) 

Dosage:

Adult: 2-4 tsp (3-6 g) per day

Child (15 yr+): 2 tsp per day

Child (4-14 yr): 1 tsp per day 

Suggested Use: Dissolve in water. Tastes best in oat milk. Take in the evening at least 2 hours after eating to avoid the diatomaceous earth from interfering with nutrient absorption. 

Precaution: Do not inhale this powder or its dust. In the event of spillage, ventilate the room and wipe up with a wet cloth. Keep out of the reach of children. 

Dietary Consideration: Sugar, dairy and processed foods hinder detoxification.
