Colour: Deep, dark ruby with a vivid crimson rim.

Aroma: Ripe and expressive nose of blackberry, cassis, and plum, interwoven with notes of dark chocolate, licorice, and hints of eucalyptus and spice.

Palate: Full-bodied, smooth, and rich in flavour. Layers of dark fruit, black cherry, fig, and currant are balanced by well-integrated tannins and a refreshing acidity. The finish is long and spicy with notes of cocoa and black pepper.

Cellaring: Ready to drink upon release, but can age well for 5–10 years. No decanting needed unless sediment is present. Once opened, enjoy within 1–2 weeks.
