'Lights will guide' - from my Fragments collection. As I painted this artwork, I felt strongly that it was like being wrapped up in a warm hug on a cold winter evening after a chilly walk outside. Emerging from the darkness and following the flickering lights in the distance, back home. The soft colour transitions of pink, white and gold remind me of the setting sun, the beautiful part of the day known as golden hour, with the sunshine sparkling on the dewy leaves and flowers.
