Biodance First Synergy Toner is a concentrated hydrating toner designed for the care of dry, dehydrated, and sensitive skin. The formula consists of 96% hydrating ingredients, giving the toner a serum-like texture that helps quickly restore a sense of skin comfort. 

The multi-type hyaluronic acid complex, glycerin, and betaine in the composition help intensely hydrate the skin and maintain its moisture balance. Panthenol and soybean extract help strengthen the skin's protective barrier and soothe sensitive skin. How to use: The toner can be used in several ways: pour a small amount onto your palms, gently press onto the face, and massage until absorbed. You can also moisten a cotton pad and gently wipe the face, or use the pads as a soothing mask. Use morning and evening on clean face skin.
