Boat on sea during sunset. Inspiration taken from the latest visit to Cornwall. With the sun low in the sky, its rays are diffused and warm, casting long, raking shadows across the landscape. The light adds relief, highlights, texture and better conveys depth. This period of time is called Golden Hour, which has been my muse for this painting.
