From eight small plots in Felanitx and Porreres over the island’s emblematic red clay soils. Each parcel was picked individually. The wine rested in old casks for a year. The result is a wine with a tremendous sense of place. There is a really luminous quality to the fruit, which is seasoned gently with earth, herbs and spice.
