Our Romero Variety Tin is filled with 80 of our signature cookies—Lunas, Stellas, and Valentinas—each baked from our family recipe and inspired by the beloved traditions of Mexican wedding cookies, biscochitos, polvorones, & pan de polvo. Lunas – our classic powdered sugar cookie with a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture that fans of traditional Mexican wedding cookies instantly recognize. Bits of toasted pecans will take you back to your abuelas kitchen.

Stellas – a light, delicately spiced cookie inspired by the warm cinnamon sugar flavor of churro-style cookies. Also known as biscochitos in the Southwest- but without anise. Stellas are a family recipe and our only nut-free option.

Valentinas – our heart-shaped cookie, slightly crisp and fragrant with the traditional spices - freshly ground Mexican cinnamon and sugar make the aroma memorable.
