Tasting Notes: Dark, with purple hues. Plummy, red cherry and blueberry, with ironstone and subtle spice. Dark fruits and red fruits on the palate, fleshy mid palate with a structured tannin profile.

Serving Temperature: 16–18°C for full aromatic expression and supple tannins. 15–16°C if you prefer more spice and tension.

Decanting: Decant 45–90 minutes to soften tannins and open the fruit.
