Our pastured chickens are available in a variety of sizes to suit your culinary needs:

• Medium (3-3.99 lbs): $27 per chicken
• Large (4-4.99 lbs): $34 per chicken
• X-Large (5 lbs and above): $36 per chicken

What You Need to Know About Our Pastured Poultry:

1. Fresh and Flavorful:
• Our chickens are raised without antibiotics or hormones, ensuring a natural and wholesome product. The pastured environment promotes a healthy lifestyle, resulting in superior taste and quality.
• Your chicken will be delivered to you frozen.
2. Handling and Storage:
• Refrigeration: Store your chicken in the refrigerator if you plan to cook it within a few days.
• Freezing: For longer storage, our chickens can be frozen. Properly wrapped, they can last up to 6 months in the freezer.
3. Preparation:
• Our chickens are processed and ready to cook, with all giblets removed for your convenience.
• Before cooking, make sure to thoroughly rinse and pat dry the chicken.
4. Cooking Instructions:
• Always cook poultry to an internal temperature of 165°F to ensure safety. Use a meat thermometer to verify that the meat has reached the appropriate temperature.
