If you are trying to become pregnant, we do not recommend consuming Mother Earth during the late luteal phase of your cycle.

The nettles, and oat straw in this blend also nourish the body and central nervous system  Alfalfa has Vitamin K to help with blood clotting. Please note: Baby Bump contains red raspberry leaf, which helps to stimulate the uterine lining and prepare the body for birth. Consuming red raspberry leaf is not recommended in the first or second trimester.
