Appearance: The wine displays a bright medium depth of red-purple colour.

Nose: It offers a sweetly ripe, bold, and very varietal bouquet, featuring dark cherry and plum aromas, complemented by smoky, toasty nuances.

Palate: The palate is medium in depth, finishing with some gritty tannins. It presents deep red cherries, blue fruits, rhubarb, and earthy undertones, all overlaid with subtle malt-like oak nuances.

For Pinot Noir, decant for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the wine to open up and enhance its flavours and aromas. Serve it slightly chilled, around 13-16°C. This wine will pair very well with fatty fish such as salmon and tuna, grilled vegetables, roasted duck or mushroom risotto.
