Part of the Reticulated Landscapes Collection, this is a fun pair of detailed little studs. Sterling silver sheet has been reticulated with a “landscape” texture in my own studio. It is hand pierced and soldered together to create an open space circle. The back of the circle is a solid piece of silver and the front has the reticulated texture. Depth is created as well as unusual negative space. 

The circles measure 1/2” in diameter and 3/16” deep. The earrings have been high polished for contrast and to reveal the texture of the reticulation. These earrings are finished with a sterling silver stud backing and butterfly backs. 

A unique but sophisticated pair of stud earrings.
