Judith's parents founded the Beck Estate in 1976. After her debut vintage in 2001, she assumed full control of the winery in 2004. With a focus on Austria's indigenous red vareitals Blaufrankisch, Zweigelt, and St. Laurent, Judith has converted her family estate into a solely biodynamic operation. For her 'Ink,' Judith selects the most expressive grapes from her Zweigelt and St. Laurent vines. With notes of sour cherry, juicy plum, and a hint of green olive, this mineral driven red is nice served with a slight chill.
