So the idea first came to me after I made a denim ruffles skirt for my daughter. And then it hit me- repurpose old distressed denim for a Classic Funky Style.  It pains me to throw away some particular old jeans, which are stashed in the back of the closet. Part of it is emotional attachment😩 and throwing them out feels like rejecting an old friend🤷🏽‍♀️. It also feels wrong because the rest of the jeans are still intact, except for those darn holes, and I hate unnecessary waste. But if I'm been honest, I  wanted to match my daughter's fly😁. Soon as I completed it I knew I had to share it with you all..

In the past couple of days, I've been asked about sizing and brand of denim, etc. So here are two options we are offering

• BYOD (Bring Your Own Denim...most popular so far)  and get it reFASHIONED. So the fun part is I’ll be 6902 4th St NW DC, this Sunday 9/18 from 12-5 pm(and every third Sunday)so you can come shop + have fun, and drop off. If you're not in the DMV don't worry we got you, after your purchase,

 • The other option is to have the Mary-Jane made for you. We are only offering Levi’s brand of denim for now because some of these denim prices are not pocket friendly. but if you have other preferences, you may request a custom. We got you!
