Tasting notes

This Cabernet Franc Icewine grapes were harvested at -10C in the Niagara Peninsula in the cold Ontario Canadian winter. The frozen grapes were then gently pressed, fermented and aged to produce this premium Icewine. 

Pairing

Bursting with aromas of raspberry and strawberry followed by the rich flavours of red fruit on the palate, this Icewine is perfect to be enjoyed on its own, or served with desserts or flavourful dishes that include dark chocolate.
