Unlimited Pectin is designed primarily for low sugar or very low sugar jams and jellies. Used with Mono Calcium Phosphate; phosphate/water mixture gives you great flexibility in sugar content. Single batch recipes can use as little as ½ cup sugar and as much as 2 ½ cups sugar. You can double or triple your batches if desired.

Unlimited Pectin can also be used in standard sugar recipes.

Unlimited Pectin can also be used as a replacement for other universal type pectin’s. Contact us for proper conversion.

The needed amount of Mono Calcium Phosphate is included in your purchase of Unlimited Pectin.
