The ergotec Up & Down Turn 3 adapter is a handlebar height adjustment system for ahead stems with an additional swivel function. It is approved for touring and city bikes, as well as e-bikes. The stable lifter can be easily released and adjusted to the desired position using a clamp lever, without tools. This makes it ideal for bikes used by multiple people. The handlebars can be rotated and secured for transport and storage.
