Following the initial intake you may purchase a package of holistic wellness consultation sessions. There is a minimum of 3 follow up consultations required for all new clients or previous clients who have not had a session with Etecia in more than 4 months.

Each follow up consultation last 1 hour, and incorporates intuitive methods to support your wellness journey. Etecia’s expansive knowledge as a Clinical Herbalist, Traditional African Medicine practitioner, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor to inform the plant medicines that she creates specifically to suit your needs in this moment. Ingredients for plant medicines are selected based on the wisdom of Afro-botany, bio-regional herbalism, plant allyship, plant actions & energetics, and a follow up body constitution assessment.  This appointment will build on the information gathered during your first appointment iand make space to discuss any additional information needed to support you in the current moment.
