The Powder works systemically and once it is absorbed into the bloodstream it begins to work its way out into the saliva which coats all of the teeth. This slowly begins to soften the deposits on teeth making it change to a softer, gloopier texture.
The Bones also have an abrasive action, helping to scrape away the softened deposits. ProDen PlaqueOff Dental Bones are designed for all dogs, and can be broken in half for smaller dogs. Suitable for puppies once all their adult teeth are fully through. Each regular bag of Dental Bones contains 13 Bones. These can be given daily, or incorporated into your existing ProDen PlaqueOff routine, and given in place of the Powder/Dental Bites.
