Made from Catarratto, one of Sicilys key native grapes, and a variety that quietly overdelivers when handled well. Citrus, lemon zest and blossom, with a subtle tropical note and a clean, mineral finish. Fresh, lightly textured and very drinkable. An easy, sunny white that punches well above its price.
