The name “Concha,” meaning “shell” in Portuguese, directly references the sculptural form of the backrest, which curves fluidly into the armrests, enveloping the sitter with both visual and physical comfort.

The hardwood structure is supported by four pointed legs, a recurring Tenreiro motif that conveys lightness while maintaining structural clarity.
