About the Product: 100% maguey tepeztate (agave marmorata). Harvested wild in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Agave is roasted in an earthen oven and then crushed by horse-pulled tahona. Natural yeast fermentation in wooden pine vats. Twice distilled in copper pots. Rested 1-Year before bottling.
