I love this carving, particularly for how resolved and confident it feels, and how proud and self-possessed she seems herself. Wonderfully voluptuous facial features in silhouette and then this magnificent curve of helmet-like headdress, with exuberantly painted decoration for head band and huge earrings in the middle. Plus what I believe is a lock of hair curling around her earlobe. This one feels quite singular to me.

10 5/8" x 8 3/4" x 13/16 d" and in very good condition.  There is a tiny nail hole through the center, minor and not really noticeable. Hook on the back for hanging.
