Fruit crushed into stainless steel fermenter and inoculated with a neutral yeast strain. Regular pump overs for colour and tannin extraction throughout fermentation before being pressed into French oak barriques.

Colour: Dark crimson.

Bouquet: Lifted red and blue berry and oak spice.

Palate: Elegantly structured dark plum and red fruits with a hint of blueberry, integrated oak carried by silky tannins and supple acidity. Cellaring 5 - 10 years.
