Harking from Calmel and Joseph’s own domaine near to the magical Medieval walled city of Carcassonne, this is a spellbinding,certified organically farmed wine. 

We’re happy to admit we have a penchant for Roussanne; it’s often used as a blending grape so when we tasted this single varietal expression we just had to have it!

The rather continental climate of the vineyard plus careful pruning of the vines means that the grapes are fully matured, giving the wine complexity and ripe and exotic fruit flavours. Some time on lees adds extra depth too.

Absolutely delicious now, this wine will continue to evolve in the bottle if you lay it down (if you can resist!)
