How to use

Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy
A beautiful oil for diffusing particulay during the colder seasons. Create your own refreshing essential oil blend for your diffuser by blending Fir Needle with citrus oil like Lemon #103, Orange #105 and Mandarin #154 and bring the feeling of nature inside.

Massage
Use in a massage blend with a carrier oil, to enjoy the energising and uplifting powers of Fir Essential Oil. We recommend Sweet Almond #215, Grapeseed #210 or Coconut Oil #203.
