It is as simple as inserting the grounding insoles into your shoes. These insoles are made from a composition of conductive fabric combined with carbon-infused PU foam, allowing the Earth's electrons to flow into the soles of your feet. 

These insoles will only work as grounding insoles if they are inside *grounded shoes; they must be able to connect to the Earth's electrons.
