Full Material Specifications

• 1000g recycled greyboard (approx. 2.3mm thickness)
• Covered fully inside and outside with 157gsm white art paper with matte lamination.
• 5cm depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures.
• Flat folding with full coverage base sticky patch to affix the box body to the jacket.
• Separate 600g greyboard insert with 140g white woodfree paper top surface layer. Die-cut with 6cm diameter hole.
• No ribbon.
• Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 3mm tolerance.
• Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.
