U.S. Government Issue ECWCS Gen III Layer 6 jacket in Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP). This is a lightweight waterproof outer shell with a full front zip and storm flap, a high stand-up collar, and adjustment at the cuffs and hem.

OCP camouflage is the current standard U.S. Army pattern, introduced from the mid-2010s onward.
