Looking for a fun and rewarding soldering challenge?

Our DIY Nugget kit is everything you need to complete your own Nugget build.

Not sure which one you want to build? With this kit, you can make your own Wi-Fi or USB Nugget!

Included in each kit:

1. One Nugget PCB
2. One SH1106 screen
3. Four buttons
4. One neopixel
5. Eight Pin headers
6. One D1 mini esp8266 microcontroller
7. One S2 Mini microcontroller
   
8. One 3d printed Nugget case

You will need to solder (in order):

1) A single through-hole D1 Mini (ESP8266) or S2 Mini (ESP32S2) development board

2) A single through-hole SH1106 OLED display

3) 4 surface-mount buttons with large pads

4) 1 surface-mount neopixel with large pads

This kit should be easy to moderate to assemble for beginners to soldering.

Both microcontrollers are pre-flashed and tested. Supports Arduino IDE and CircuitPython!

ESP32s3 Bluetooth Prototype Kit - Select this variant to receive an additional ESP32s3 S3 Mini board. This is the latest microcontroller to work with the Nugget and offers native USB, Wi-Fi, and BLE. This is for prototyping only, there is currently no code for the ESP32S3 Nugget.
