The LDPE plastic granulator is a special granulator for various crushed film materials, water-washed film materials, and wrung out materials. It is suitable for greenhouse films, agricultural films, plastic bags, shopping bags, LDPE film materials, HDPE film materials, PO film material, composite film material and other crushed and cleaned film materials are granulated, with large output and high efficiency. The water ring is used for eager cutting, no pulling strips, saving labor, reducing labor intensity of workers, full and beautiful particles, and beautiful appearance.

Used line for recycling plastics. Line includes: auger feeder driven by electric motor 7.5 kW. Single screw extruder with screw diameter 150 mm (5.9″) and LD ratio 33. Screw made of 38CrMoAl. Main motor DC 160 kW. Barrel has degassing and ten heating sections. Extruder is equipped:
– die type T-die, screenchanger (driven 2.2 kW) and automatic control of screens.
– water cut type pelletizer , driven by 2.2. kW.
– electronic control Siemens brand Inverter
– pump for cooling water
– vibrating screen, two vibrating motors 0.4 kW each.
– spin dryer driven by 5.5 kW and working with rotation speed 1400 rpm.
– drying drum/ hot air – with volume 2M3 and blower 3 kW.
Reported output on plastic garbage for HDPE ,PP 500 kg/h. Some spare parts included.
