Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre is an Italian red wine blend of Corvina Veronese (40%), Corvinone (30%), Rondinella (25%), Sangiovese (5%). Long-standing single-vineyard classic from the outstanding Allegrini family. Ruby red Veneto wine with good intensity, purple reflections and excellent alcohol content, 13.80% vol. Predominant fragrance of ripe fruit and nuances of vanilla spices, black pepper, cloves and cinnamon. Velvety in the mouth, with a pleasant juicy drink, light tannins, good persistence. Uncork and decant Veronese IGT Palazzo della Torre Allegrini one hour before, serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C in a large Balloon glass.

Excellent red table wine, served with risottos with saffron, porcini mushrooms and minced pork; pasta all'Amatriciana and Carbonara, lasagna and gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts; grilled and roast meats. Perfect with the platter of Parma ham and Culatello di Zibello, medium-aged cheeses, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Sardo.
