建議用法

Suggested Use
1. Drink 500 ml of SiS HYDRO 3-4 hours before activity, and an additional 250-500 ml several hours beforehand.
2. During shorter exercise sessions when carbohydrate intake is not required, consume 500 ml of SiS HYDRO per hour.
3. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours.
4. Do not exceed 4 tablets per day.
5. Dissolve 1 SiS HYDRO tablet in 500 ml of water.
