Lavender Aromatherapy Neck & Shoulder Wrap

Our therapeutic lavender neck and shoulder wrap helps you release tension and soothe muscle aches. Suitable for hot or cold treatment. Use it hot to release tension knots and muscle stiffness or cold for inflammation, ligament sprains, or a recent injury. Filled with aromatic lavender buds and flax seed. Take a deep breath and relax.

How to Use

• Warm: Warm in microwave on high for 1 minute. Can warm for an additional 30 seconds if needed. Remove and use carefully as it will be hot. Can also be sprayed lightly with water or Espalier's Aromatherapy Mist before warming. Do not overheat. Contents will be hot after microwaving - test carefully before use.
• Cold: Place wrap in freezer for 1 hour prior to use.
