This wine presents a pale straw to light yellow colour with subtle green tinges, which is typical of a Grüner Veltliner wine. Its clarity is high, with a bright and clean appearance that reflects the freshness of the wine. The lightness and clarity are also an indication of its elegant, crisp nature. The nose is finely aromatic with elegant, graceful fruit, cool notes, and a hint of fresh herbs, complemented by subtle minerality.

On the palate, it is fruity and peppery, lightweight with juicy, crisp acidity. The wine exhibits a nice fruity character, lively and upfront, easy to drink and uncomplicated — a wonderful wine for the summer.

It best served chilled, between 7-10°C to fully appreciate its crisp acidity and vibrant flavors. It will pair excellently with seafood, poultry, vegetarian dishes and soft cheeses.
